If you accept the commission, it means you HAVE READ AND AGREE to these terms.
Do not trace, copy, or claim the artwork as your own (as if you had created it yourself).
I have the right to decline a commission if it makes me uncomfortable or is above my capabilities.
I have the right to use the works for promotional purposes (commission samples, speedpaints). If you do not want your commission to be published, please let me know when we agree on the commission.

i accept payment 50 to 100% price before i start
The commission is for PERSONAL/NON-PROFIT USE. COMMERCIAL USE will have an additional cost.
The client cannot use the product in any technology related to NFT or AI.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS unless for some reason I cannot complete your commission.
Deadlines ,delivery and process
The order depends on my TASK list.
The delivery time depends on what you ask me for, a simple drawing would take 1 to 2 weeks, more complex things like vtubers have a time of 2 to 4 weeks.The indicated delivery time will begin once the commission has started.
If something arises that delays the delivery, I will let you know as soon as possible. If the commission needs to be done for a particular day, please indicate it when placing the order.
Due to the artist's workload/schedule, faster completion or with deadlines may require EXTRA FEES. The final product will be delivered via email (or where you choose to be contacted).
If the client wants something specific (whether it's an expression, background, pose, clothing, etc.), it must be specified when agreeing on the commission.
I will send you the SKETCH to CHECK if there is anything to change. After the CHECK, when the SKETCH is approved, I will continue with your commission until it is finished
LARGE changes after the sketch phase will have an extra charge depending on the complexity. So, please try to be clear and specific from the beginning with the order information.

TAT art + rigging 15-35 daysi will start the drawing after full paymentI also accept half and half, 50% before starting and 50% after delivering the model.I accept payments in installments (depending on the case) but the model will not be delivered until payment has been completed in full.there´s no refunds, please avoid troubles(If i cannot do your mission it will be refunded but that is only if something happens that prevents me from doing the commission)to make the draw i need references (poses, photos, etc.)the delivery of the drawing will be via email and google drive.I only accept paypal payment method (except if you are from colombia)
This is still a wip, the person who adopts it can request the changes and corrections they want.This is just a wip with the base colors so it is still in process, after purchasing the person will get the model with the changes they want, with the .psd art files and the completely rigged model.The auction starts with a price of $100 dollars which buys only the art of the character ready to rig (.psd)As soon as the price reaches $250 dollars the adopt will be completely rigged with 2 expresion keyOver $400 the model comes with 3 expressions and an iconAuto buying is $550
